Natalie Clair is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business, geo-security and development. She worked in international operations, transboundary water policy and infrastructure design in Asia and Africa after which she founded a technology company to map real-time crisis relief resources in United Nations refugee camps. Natalie founded PACE, Navvi®, AirMoby, Google for Entrepreneurs: Jackson, WY, RVL8N®, U.S. Mountain Community Summit and APX1, a cutting-edge community development firm. She studied finance through Harvard Business School HBX, received a Professional Certification in Analysis and Investment from MIT and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Sciences. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hawaii and speaks Hindi, Arabic and Urdu. Natalie is a professional skier, Wilderness EMT and adventure guide, qualifications she applies to strategy and risk management for corporate development.
Greg is a ski mountaineering pioneer. Men's Fitness calls him the "25 Fittest Guys in the World", Skiing Magazine voted Greg "Skier of the Year" and in 2006 National Geographic Magazine honored him as a "Top Adventurer". Following the win of his first Randonnee race he embarked upon an endless string of firsts. He was the first to climb and ski 50,000ft in 24 hours. He holds first ski descents in Canada, Chile, Norway and Pakistan. He climbed and skied 2 million feet in 2010, climbing 77 summits along the way. In 2014 he climbed and skied 100km in the Month of March, a backcountry feat of untouched powder. Greg and fellow adventurers also developed the Northern Monashees Traverse, a 21 day, 21 summit odyssey. He is a Certified Ski Guide through the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides and resides in Revelstoke, Canada with his wife and two teenagers. Greg is an international public speaker through which he shares his adventures, misadventures and lessons learned along the way to inspire and connect with his audiences.
Andrea is an experienced executive coach to senior managers of global technology corporations, technology startups, media and and non-profit institutions. Andrea’s professional journey began at Apple Computers in California. At Apple, she became passionate about innovation, paradigm-shifting ideas, and how companies are structured. Her position in sales force motivation led her to work in Internal Communications Strategy at Alcatel, a global tech and aerospace manufacturing corporation. Andrea obtained her Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University after which she worked in management development at Microsoft HQ. Andrea's work as an executive retention specialist at Microsoft inspired her launch a successful private executive coaching business in 2000. Andrea currently provides leadership guidance and coaching services for executives from Amazon, Zillow, Microsoft and Expedia.
Former Deputy Director of Teton County Search and Rescue, Jake brings 23 years of risk management and teamwork training to the table. Jake began his professional journey as a corporate leadership facilitator where he worked with Fortune 500 companies in New England. Over the past two decades he served as a professor, mountain guide, program director, SAR trainer and business owner. The common thread: his passion to provide healthy, results-driven experiences for clients. Jake currently owns and operators Jackson Hole Outdoor Leadership Institute, an educational outfitter devoted to avalanche education and professional emergency medical training. He considers is strongest skill - the ability to genuinely connect with individuals - the foundation for effective coaching. Jake is an alpine athlete with a passion for deep experience in nature and life.
Kikkan Randall is an Olympic Gold Medalist, activist, and mother. Raised in Alaska, she is an athlete at heart. Kikkan was the first American woman to win World Cup, Olympic Medals and World Championship honors. She is a team builder; Kikkan played an influential role in the creation of the U.S. Women’s Cross Country Ski Team. She co-founded the U.S. Nordic Olympic Women’s (USNOW) Alumni Organization. Kikkan works with Healthy Futures and Fast and Female, organizations that promote healthy lifestyles and youth education. She is also a motivational speaker where she shares lessons from her 20-year Olympic quest, parenthood and elite competition approach to beat cancer. Kikkan serves on the International Olympic Committee (IOC), U.S. Olympic and Paralympic (USOPC) and National Nordic Foundation Board of Directors.
Electryphysistist and big wave surfer Freddy Lecuyer is a native to the French Alps. He attended the University of Hawai’i where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Masters of Science in Electro-physics Engineering. Following his studies, Freddy joined the spacecraft industry where his work became instrumental in closing $1B in new business for Orbital Sciences Corp. He's since worked with various space missions and managed international contracts for new spacecraft manufacturing. Most recently he served as the Senior Director of Operations for L-3 Technologies and completed an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. Freddy thrives in leadership and team-building roles where he tackles moon-shot projects by developing highly efficient cross-functional teams.
Jayson is an international IFMGA Mountain Guide with 20 years of ski, rock, ice and mountain guiding experience. He brings an extensive background in risk management implementation and outdoor program development to RVL8N®. Jayson is the former owner of Crested Butte Mountain Guides where he managed operations, client services and guide teams. After which, he served as the international program developer for Colorado Mountain College. Jayson currently works with private ski, rock and mountaineering clients in America and Europe. Jayson teaches professional avalanche education in Colorado, Washington and Wyoming. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the 100 Mile Project, an international hut-to-hut development. His passion and talent for photography has earned him national recognition through the American Guides Association and National Geographic. Jayson holds a B.S. from Ithaca College in Outdoor Education and Recreation Planning and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder.
